Based in Lafayette, CA, Cortese Real Property, LP has been involved in the acquisition, development and management of commercial real estate through-out Northern California for over 30 years. The company’s primary business model is to acquire or develop commercial real estate with the intent to hold assets for the long-term. Cortese Real Property’s holdings include well-located industrial, urban retail, mixed-use retail/office, and developable land.
